3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Orders are dispatched from Ireland. Once parcels have left Body Sculpt Kildare and have been handed over to the postal service or courier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, postal delays, bank holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping where available, as standard post does not guarantee delivery times.
Body Sculpt Kildare is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.
Any customs charges, import duties, taxes, handling fees, or additional charges incurred outside of Ireland are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Body Sculpt Kildare.
Tracked shipping is recommended as standard post delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
UK & International customers: Customs delays and charges may apply. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist you.
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion once the issue has been reviewed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding, and product names, is the property of Body Sculpt Kildare and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
